1. Binding Agreement By completing a purchase and/or finalizing payment, the Customer acknowledges that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms constitute a final agreement and shall not be subject to subsequent dispute.

2. Nature of Collectibles and Randomized Products Products sold by The Cardster Co., Ltd. consist of collectibles and/or "Blind Boxes" (Random/Mystery Boxes). Product outcomes are determined by a randomized distribution system. The Customer expressly accepts the inherent risk that the received product's market value may be lower than the initial purchase price.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Content The Company provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the receipt of specific cards, characters, editions, or any particular market valuation.

4. Pricing and Modifications Product prices are effective as of the date and time of the transaction. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing, promotional offers, or sales conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Verification of Order Details It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to review all product descriptions, sales conditions, and order specifications before confirming the purchase.

6. Fulfillment Policy An order is deemed finalized and binding only upon receipt of full payment and the issuance of a formal order confirmation by the Company.

7. Final Sale and Non-Refundable Policy All completed transactions are final. The Company maintains a strict No Cancellation, No Exchange, and No Refund policy under all circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing defects, minor imperfections, or incomplete sets originating from the production process.

8. Market Value Fluctuations The Company shall not be held liable for any fluctuations, depreciation, or volatility in the market value of the products at any time.

9. Delivery and Liability Limitations Shipments will be processed within the estimated timeframe provided. The Company assumes no liability for delivery delays, loss, or damages incurred by third-party logistics providers or resulting from Force Majeure events.

10. Fraud Prevention and Order Suspension The Company reserves the right to decline, modify, or suspend any order suspected of fraudulent activity or found to be in violation of Company policies.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai Courts.
