To ensure the event runs smoothly and fairly for all participants, applicants who book a table agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Confirmation and Payment
A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is made within the specified time frame.
No-Refund Policy: Once payment is completed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances
including cancellations by the renter, no-shows, or personal errors.
2. Equipment & Space
No personal tables or chairs allowed: Attendees are not permitted to bring additional tables, chairs
or modify the provided setup in ways that block aisles or obstruct neighboring tables.
3. Prohibited Items and Sales Regulations
Copyrighted or counterfeit items: Selling counterfeit cards or any products without proper authorization
from copyright holders is strictly prohibited.
Illegal or hazardous items: Selling dangerous goods, weapons, or products that violate laws or
public morality is prohibited.
Transfer of booking rights: Booking rights cannot be resold or subleased without written permission from
the event organizer.
4. Responsibility for Property
Table renters are responsible for the security of their own goods and valuable cards at all times.
The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage to products or equipment under any circumstances.
5. Conduct and Event Order
Loud noises or marketing outside of your own table space are prohibited.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these rules without refund.
Note: The organizer reserves the right to amend or modify any rules and regulations as deemed appropriate.
The organizer’s decision shall be final.
Important Announcement For sellers who wish to sell collectible cards in a “randomized product” format:
The organizer permits the sale of randomized products within the event under the following conditions:
1. The sale and presentation of randomized products must be transparent, verifiable,and
provable throughout the entire sales period.
2. All items included in the random pool must physically exist in full quantity and
be available for inspection at the point of sale.
3. No changes to the items in the random system are allowed after sales have started, for each round
under any circumstances.
4. Sellers must cooperate with the organizer in all inspections.
In case of complaints from attendees or other sellers, the organizer reserves the right to inspect
the products and the randomization process at any time without prior notice.
If any fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair behavior toward consumers is detected under any circumstances:
The organizer reserves the right to:
1. Immediately revoke selling privileges without prior notice and require the seller to leave the event area.
2. Suspend and ban the seller from participating in all future events.
Payment for participation is considered as full acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions, and cannot be disputed afterward.
