1.
Binding Agreement
การสั่งซื้อสินค้าและ/หรือชำระเงิน ถือว่าลูกค้าได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยอมรับเงื่อนไข/ข้อตกลงฉบับนี้ทุกประการ โดยไม่สามารถนำมาเป็นข้อโต้แย้งภายหลังได้By completing a purchase and/or finalizing payment, the Customer acknowledges that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms herein. These terms shall not be subject to subsequent dispute.
2.
Nature of Collectibles and Randomized Products
สินค้าของบริษัทเป็นสินค้าสะสมและ/หรือสินค้ากล่องสุ่ม ผลลัพธ์เป็นไปตามระบบการสุ่ม ลูกค้ายอมรับความเสี่ยงที่อาจได้รับสินค้าที่มีมูลค่าตลาดต่ำกว่าราคาซื้อProducts consist of collectibles and/or "Blind Boxes". Outcomes are determined by a randomized system. The Customer accepts the risk that market value may be lower than the purchase price.

No Guarantee of Specific Content
บริษัทไม่รับประกันว่าลูกค้าจะได้รับการ์ด ตัวละคร รุ่น หรือมูลค่าตลาดใด ๆThe Company provides no warranty regarding the receipt of specific cards, characters, editions, or any particular market valuation.
4.
Pricing and Modifications
ราคาสินค้าเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด ณ วันและเวลาที่สั่งซื้อ บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี่ยนราคา โปรโมชั่น หรือเงื่อนไขการขาย โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าPrices are effective as of the transaction date. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing or sales conditions without prior notice.
5.
Verification of Order Details
ลูกค้ามีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบข้อมูลสินค้า เงื่อนไขการขาย และรายละเอียดคำสั่งซื้อก่อนทำการยืนยันการสั่งซื้อทุกครั้งIt is the sole responsibility of the Customer to review all product descriptions and order specifications before confirming the purchase.
6.
Fulfillment Policy
คำสั่งซื้อจะถือว่าสมบูรณ์เมื่อบริษัทได้รับการชำระเงินครบถ้วน และได้ยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อเรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้นAn order is deemed finalized only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a formal order confirmation by the Company.

Final Sale and Non-Refundable Policy
เมื่อคำสั่งซื้อเสร็จสมบูรณ์ถือเป็นอันสิ้นสุด บริษัทจะไม่อนุญาตให้แก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้าหรือขอเงินคืนในทุกกรณี รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง ความครบถ้วน ความเสียหายหรือตำหนิ/ชำรุดที่เกิดขึ้นจากการผลิตAll completed transactions are final. The Company maintains a strict No Cancellation, No Exchange, and No Refund policy under all circumstances, including manufacturing defects or incomplete sets.

Market Value Fluctuations
บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความผันผวนของราคาการ์ดหรือมูลค่าตลาดของสินค้า ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆThe Company shall not be held liable for any fluctuations or depreciation in the market value of the products at any time.
9.
Delivery and Liability Limitations
บริษัทจะดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าภายในระยะเวลาที่แจ้งไว้โดยประมาณ และไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย/ความล่าช้าที่เกิดจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง หรือจากเหตุสุดวิสัยอื่น ๆShipments will be processed within the estimated timeframe. The Company assumes no liability for delays or damages by third-party logistics or Force Majeure events.
10.
Fraud Prevention and Order Suspension
บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธ ปรับเปลี่ยน ยกเลิก หรือระงับคำสั่งซื้อ หากตรวจพบพฤติกรรมที่เข้าข่ายทุจริต หรือฝ่าฝืนเงื่อนไขของบริษัทThe Company reserves the right to decline, modify, or suspend any order suspected of fraudulent activity or in violation of Company policies.
11.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่งกฎหมายไทย และให้ศาลไทยเป็นศาลที่มีอำนาจพิจารณาข้อพิพาทThis Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai Courts.
